Background : Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia and impaired carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism associated with absolute or relative deficiency of work or secretion of insulin. Symptoms that occur in patients with DM are Polydipsia, polyuria, Polyphagia, weight loss, and tingling. Patients with DM have a higher risk of having problems with their feet due to vascular disorders can cause the circulation of leg blood from the limbs decreases. The change of atherosclerosis in large blood vessels in the lower ularity (leg) is the cause of increased incidence of occlusive peripheral diseases in DM patients which are the main cause of increased incidence of gangrene and amputation. This can be prevented by conducting non-pharmacological therapy by hydrotherapy to soak the feet with warm water to smooth the circulation in the peripheral. Objective: To know the effectiveness of warm water soak in the leg to prevent ulcers in Diabetus mellitus in the hamlet kedungringin village Giripurwa Wonogiri. Metho : This method of study uses CAS study research method, sampling using sampling purposive with a number of samples as many as 3 respondents. Result : The results of this research indicate a decrease in tingling rate by supporting the increase in ABI to three respondents. Conclusion: There is a significant influence of hydrotherapy rndam foot with warm water to prevent ulcer occurrence in sufferers of diabetus mellitus in village kedungringin, Giripurwo, Wonogiri.
